NOT ACCEPTING DSS IS DISCRIMINATION!

DSS, KIDS & PETS NEED HOMES TOO!!!

DSS, KIDS & PETS NEED HOMES TOO!!!

I have received a plea circulated by a family that has posted its despair on Gum tree because it has become impossible to rent any kind of property if you are receiving any financial help from the state, regardless of the reasons. If you surf the net looking for a place to rent, the first thing you will notice is the precondition ‘NO DSS’.

{jcomments on}A family from Bristol, Easton area were looking for a roof over their heads….being on DSS meant they have no chance of finding one.

So, they have posted their opinion on-line and requested help, making it quite clear that NOT ACCEPTING DSS IS DISCRIMMINATION!

Gone are the days are “a job for life”

Recession is a growing reality

Decent people and families find themselves out of work.

Not accepting benefits also discriminates against those with mental or physical limitations that are unable to work.

Housing is a right not an investment opportunity for those with too much.

If you lose your job, because of this discrimination, you will then lose your right to housing and perhaps will have to part from your family or much loved pet in order to satisfy the requirements of those that want to make easy money by investing their wealth by living off the housing shortage and demand as much money as they can get.

Landlords have some morals. It’s not all about grabbing as much as you can for yourself.

NO DSS NO KIDS NO PETS…Where are people supposed to live? It’s going to be cold this winter!

If the recession in Europe continues to get worse you will no longer able to be so discriminatory.

According to law, discrimination is a crime. But at the same time, landlords say these are our properties and its our right to decide who can rent them.

Its about time the government investigates this matter and end the misery of many vulnerable people in need of shelter.
