Cut War – Not Welfare” – Support The Hardest Hit
On Saturday 22nd October, charities and voluntary groups from across the South West who work with the disabled and their families are coming together to organise a demonstration and rally in Bristol under the banner ‘The Hardest Hit’. Their aim is to highlight the effect of the government’s cuts to vital benefits and services for people with disabilities, those with long-term conditions, and their families.
The demonstration and rally is being supported by trades unions and anti-cuts campaigners across the city. Bristol Stop The War Coalition will be there, calling on the government to ‘Cut War – Not Welfare’.
