Public lecture: “Middle East Exceptionalism: Ended or Dented”.

 

{jcomments on}The Centre for the Advanced Study of the Arab World (CASAW) and the British Society for Middle Eastern Studies (BRISMES) are delighted to invite you to

attend a public lecture by Professor Bahgat Korany (American University in Cairo) entitled “Middle East Exceptionalism: Ended or Dented”.

 

The event will be held on Friday 21 October 2011 at 5.00pm at the British Academy, Wolfson Auditorium, 10-11 Carlton House Terrace, London. The lecture will be followed by a reception to which all are welcome.

Attendance is free but spaces are limited. Tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis using a ticketing system which can be found at:

Once you complete the registration process, an email will be sent to you with a printable ticket which you will be required to bring to the event.
