Caricatures reflect a great deal about the society where the cartoonist lives and people’s perceptions.

Men is Saudi areabia are usually in control of money and house hold spending because they usually have access to banks, unlike women are usually not independent financially besides the fact that women need a male guardian’s permission to go out or issue an ID.
