This caricature by the Saudi cartoonist Rabeea shows a man turning away from a shopping boutique while the woman is begging him to stop.{jcomments on}

Men is Saudi areabia are usually in control of money and house hold spending because they usually have access to banks, unlike women are usually not independent financially besides the fact that women need a male guardian’s permission to go out or issue an ID.
