A Video of a young man tortured and threatened to be electrocuted by the Syrian security police

A video posted on YouTube shows the cruelty of the Syrian police during a torturing session of a young man and demanding of him to ‘confess’ about doing something. The torture action was physically and mentally.

The young man kept denying their accusations of having participated in ‘something’ that was not clear while he was beaten and threatened to be electrocuted and verbally abused. One of his interrogators was pointing at him{jcomments on} with an electric wire and threatening him of electrocution.

The video tape was posted on Dec 25, 2010; it is highly likely that this is only the tip of the ice berg that ignited the Syrians feelings of despair that led to the demonstrations. The Syrians had to deal with the Syrian system’s corruption and terror on daily bases and endure such breaches of their human rights.

Do you wear an apron or a cape? Indian women can help you to chose

Arab women, especially in the Gulf region, do not know much about Indian women except the disadvantaged poor ones who were forced to work in their homes under hellish conditions. I admire Indian women, especially many smart ones I met during my work and travels, too many that I can't...
